Objective

The demands of public life, in the transition to a democratic maturity, require leaders with parliamentary and humanistic training, capable of transferring the debate to the higher levels required by the political and social tasks of the 21st century. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide conditions for research, analysis, participation, and academic discussion that will contribute valid instruments and a high level of vision to this transition.
