B.S. in Economics internationally awarded

The international accreditation agency AcreditAcción granted international accreditation for the next six years to the B.S. in Economics.

With this certification, UANL now has 88 academic programs with a world-class endorsement, consolidating its internationalization approach.

The UANL Bachelor’s Degree in Economics was recognized by AcreditAcción for a period of six years, effective until September 28, 2027, which will benefit 380 students per year.

Raymundo Galán González, Dean of the School of Economics, emphasized that the educational quality of the school is endorsed by solid indicators; as an example, he pointed out that more than 50 percent of the professors belong to the National System of Researchers by Conacyt.

 AcreditAcción is an officially recognized agency based in Chile since 2008. From the beginning, it has developed more than 700 certification processes at the technical, professional, undergraduate, postgraduate, and institutional levels.
