UANL welcomes 206 thousand students for new semester

El Rector Rogelio Garza habló sobre la visión 2030 de la UANL

President Rogelio Garza received thousands of students for this new semester. In an event at the Alvaro Obregon Industrial and Technical High School in Linares, he shared the academic development of our university during this century.

UANL currently has 6,961 teachers, of which 842 are members of the National Researcher System. As of this new semester, 306 academic programs have been accredited, and 58 of those programs have international certification. Furthermore, 42 research centers are now fully operational.

‘’Throughout these 86 years of social responsibility, our university has been committed to reach more and more students’’, the President said.

At the end of his speech, Rogelio Garza presented the objectives UANL has for 2030.
